The Internet Web Portal WWW.ICASA.MX collects personal data from its clients, in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 5, 2010 (in hereinafter the "Law"), being responsible for their treatment and committing to respect their privacy, for which it informs you that:

INGENIEROS CONSULTORES ASOCIADOS S.A. collects personal data by electronic means, through the WWW.ICASA.MX Personal data collected by WWW.ICASA.MX, include name, address, telephone, email, are used solely and exclusively for the purpose of providing our services and compliance with our corporate purpose, including marketing and advertising purposes. The foregoing means that your data will not be transferred or processed by persons other than WWW.ICASA.MX  and/or its directors or employees. Personal data is restricted, with the exception of those required by mandate of the competent authority. Also excepted are those found in public access sources and those provided by the users themselves who participate in the Comments section on notes published on our Internet sites or in the online Forums, thereby avoiding misuse by users. people who take refuge in anonymity, so participants are warned that their comments could include the name of the holder of the subscription with which they access the forums or make their comments. When our users access our Internet Portal, we receive information about their cookies and web beacons (See Definitions section). It is possible that within the websites of WWW.ICASA.MX  links to third-party sites outside of us, in which we have no control over them, are hosted, so we invite our users to review the privacy policies of said sites. To prevent unauthorized access, use and disclosure of personal data, WWW.ICASA.MX has procedures and controls that guarantee proper treatment. For this, the holder will send a written request, written in Spanish, including his full name, telephone, address or email to receive notifications and a simple or digital copy of his official identification to WWW.ICASA.MX  through the email SERVICIOALCLIENTE@ICASA.MX. In the request, the owner will describe the personal data to which it refers and the ARCO right that it seeks to exercise. WWW.ICASA.MX  will respond to your request within a maximum period of twenty business days from the date it receives your request. Within this period we will inform you about the origin of it. WWW.ICASA.MX will be fulfilled at the time you deliver the correspondence to the postal service, or on the date you reply to your email. WWW.ICASA.MX may modify this Privacy Notice and publish the modifications immediately in its offices, websites, or through the means determined by it. This Notice applies to all WWW.ICASA.MX.

Definitions. I.- Cookies.- Text files that are automatically downloaded and stored on the hard drive of the user´s computer equipment when browsing a specific Internet page or portal, which allow the Internet server to store certain data, among them, preferred viewing pages on the internet.

II.- Web beacons.- Images inserted in pages, Internet portals, or emails and that can store information on the user´s IP address, interaction time on websites, among others.
